It has been now widely understood and accepted that the root cause of all our suffering are our thought pattern. People are suffering from suicidal instinct, depression, negativity, low confidence, fears, conflicts in their life and it disturbs their life completely. We as conscious people know all the remedies but still feeling helpless. It is my own experience from last 2 years that if we can change the pattern of our thought process then most of our problems can be solved easily. To facilitate the changes in our thoughts it needs regular efforts, and if someone from outside is ready to help then it become even easier.
